TIER 採訪
台灣經濟研究院（TIER）採訪巴西商務辦事處主任 Sergio C.M. Abi-sad，談論巴西未來經濟發展及外商投資在巴西概況。這次訪問的目的是為了協助完成 "The Challenge of New Market and Brazil" 報告，希望由此報告能鼓勵及加強台灣與巴西的貿易關係。商務組亦提供巴西刊物給經濟研究會作為參考。
